We’re seeking self-motivated independent contractors to provide customer support to our client’s customers from the comfort of your home office. In this role, you will Interact with guests and Travel Agent partners via phone; focusing on questions related to Carnival cruises, destinations, ship amenities,
and many other pre-cruise-related items.

Independent contractors participating in the Resort Reservations program will provide customer support via phone. Customer interactions focus on reservations for Lodging, Dining Plans, Tickets, Air, and Packages, or asking general questions in those areas. In this role, you will provide high-level customer service to existing and new guests while matching their wishes and desires with relevant Walt Disney World products and services.

We are currently not accepting contractors residing in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
