• Base Rate: $11.00 per hour PLUS $3.85 per closed add-on sales, $7.00 per closed upgrade, $2.50 per Field Appointment which closes**

Education Necessary:

No degree necessary – This remote work opportunity is for anyone who is ready to invest in themselves and work hard! Sign up and run your own customer support business or work as an agent for a Service Partner company already on the platform. Prior to servicing a client opportunity through the Arise® Platform, a virtual certification course must be successfully completed. Certification courses can be as short as a few days or can last up to six weeks, depending on the complexity of the client program.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide resolution and close sales by working with pre-qualified prospects through critical selling path of gathering information, determining needs, and scheduling installation appointments
• Ensure customer satisfaction by determining customer needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution, performing follow-up including quotes, information requests, etc.
• Provide information in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide specific package and promotion details for members of ADT Affinity Partnerships
