DESCRIPTION

We are excited to offer a new opportunity – to service Tax Software Product Support client through April 30th and the Healthcare client as of May 30th. This means that you will be able to service two of the best programs on the platform back-to-back with little to no interruption in your service revenue stream!

HOW DOES THIS WORK? EASY!

STEP 1: Sign-up by January 20th to Take the Tax Software training class – class starts on 01.30.223

STEP 2: Start working with Tax Software client until 04.30.23

STEP 3: Take The exclusive Healthcare client training class – class starts on 05.01.23

STEP 4: Start working with The Healthcare client on May 30th – and work on this program for as
long as you want!

WHAT TO EXPECT with TAX SOFTWARE PRODUCT SUPPORT

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour (raises and bonus depending on performance)

• Inbound phone and video customer service/technical support. Handle technical support questions via phone, with video capability.
• Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for TurboTax customers.
• Interact with customers via phone focusing on software navigation questions as well as assisting customers with locating prior years’ returns and amendments.
• Serve as an ambassador for the Intuit brand; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise.
• Document all issues, resolution, and follow-up action.

WHAT TO EXPECT with THE HEALTHCARE CLIENT

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour from May 30TH – June 30th. Then you will be paid $11.50 per hour after June 30th.

• Assist ModivCare members by scheduling Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) to and from the member’s medical and dental appointments
• Resolve member NEMT issues such as ride reschedules, locating and scheduling alternative transportation providers, checking member benefit eligibility, among others
• Coordinating with other ModivCare departments to resolve transportation and eligibility problems
• Seamlessly move from one call type to another by using Function Keys in the client’s proprietary scheduling and contract management system
