What is involved in the application process?

Complete our application online ( Contractor or  Employee), or you can come into the office (CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS) and fill out an application. You will need to provide work history information, preferred positions, industries, shifts, and preference of location.

After your application is processed, you will interview with a recruiter. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your skills, job experience, and preferences for your next opportunity.

Depending on the position of interest, you may go through further assessments.

NVA Virtual Solutions does reference checks with previous employers. Once screening is complete, you will be offered jobs based on all the factors of your interview process.


Do I have to pay for your services?

No. NVA Virtual Solutions recruiting services are free to all job seekers. We provide a business-to-business service and are compensated by our clients.

How do I get paid?

NVA Virtual Solutions pays on a semi-monthly basis. We pay on the 15th and 30th of each month. If the 15th and/or 30th falls on a weekend or holiday you will be paid the prior Friday. We have the option of direct deposit, check, or pay card. We use QuickBooks Workforce to provide our contractors and employees 24/7 access to their pay statement, invoices, and yearly statement (1099s or W2s). You may also use QB Workforce to track your time worked.

Do you offer health insurance?

Yes. NVA Virtual Solutions offers an affordable employee paid benefits program to our W2 employees only. Independent Contractors are reasonable for their own insurance. Check out Healthcare.gov for self-employed coverage options.

How often should I follow-up with your office?

Communication is very important. We recommend a weekly call to inform our recruiters that you are still actively seeking work, or if anything has changed in your job search. This enables our recruiters to modify their strategies to fit your job seeking needs.

Do I have to call you when my assignment ends if I want another job?

Yes. We want to know whenever anything changes in your employment situation. This ensures that we can effectively help you find another position.

Do you have positions available where I work directly for the company you place me with?

Yes. NVA Virtual Solutions offers our clients the ability to hire our candidates full-time. This is considered a direct hire opportunity.

Do you offer coaching prior to my interview with your clients?

Yes. NVA Virtual Solutions recruiters will do everything they can to set you up for success. We understand that the best candidates are not always the best interviewees, and recognize the importance of being well prepared.

Who is Arise?

 Arise Virtual Solutions Inc provides a online platform to connect small call center businesses to Fortune 500 and other large companies.NVA Virtual Solutions LLC is an Independent Business Owner (IBO) that utilizes the Arise network. We are completely virtual and provide opportunities to work at home as an Independent Contractor within our virtual call center company.

Are there fees to work from home on the Arise platform?

As an Independent Contractor with NVA Virtual Solutions, you are required to cover the cost of $30.00 for your background check. This fee is paid to Arise directly. We do not benefit from the fee.

Am I paid for training?

Where do I find and send the Affidavit of Identification??

Why is a Background Check required?

For the security of our clients and their customers, a background check is mandatory and includes: a national criminal history search, a name and Social Security Number verification, and a current address verification.

Please note: In Regards to the criminal history report, only criminal convictions are considered and a conviction does not necessarily preclude an individual from providing services on behalf of a company. When evaluating this information, our clients considers all relevant factors including the bearing the criminal offense may have on the services required by the particular project.

Who do I work for, NVA Virtual Solutions or the company you place me with?

It depends. NVA Virtual Solutions offers several types of opportunities such as temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire (meaning that you become a regular employee for a given company). For both temporary and temp-to-hire assignments, you are employed by NVA Virtual Solutions.
